Romantic Wedding Photos in California Redwoods Forest
Some of my favorite images always seem to happen on a whim. For this image we were walking from the cocktail party back to the reception and I saw this beautiful tall grass off the side of the trail. Part of the magic in creating these amazing images is a willing bride and groom that trust you when you make unusual or strange requests in order to capture images like these. I captured this image at Nestldown which is a small private estate located in the redwood forest above the city of Los Gatos, California. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel the world photographing weddings for over 15 years and this magical venue has become my favorite place to photograph my clients. This forest location is the perfect venue for any fairytale ceremony and the rustic old barn is ideal for any reception.
