Actually all year is engagement season, but I really enjoy when the hillsides bloom this time of year. Check out these great shots I did last week with Jeanice & Peter.

I love these shots, the backlighting is great. Well done!
As a photographer I get to work with a lot of other artist. Although we all have the same subject matter (Weddings), our approach and final work are unique to our own style. I went to a screening for Elysium Productions the other night and was blown away bu there latest demo reel. Truely inspiring work and makes me glad to do what I do for a living. Have a look and if you are considering video for youe special day, I can’t recommend Julie & Alex enough.

Maria & Jake are returning home from New York City for their upcoming wedding next month. They wanted their photos to reflect their east Coast roots so I said to myself “Self, what reminds you of NYC?” Dirty alleys and city streets of course. Check out my favorites.

It’s been almost 5 years since I photographed Gabe & Kansha’s wedding. They now have 2 beautiful little girls, Brooklyn & London. Think I’m going to have to set up a playdate with my son Boston. Love this time of year as the hillsides are starting to pop with flowers. If you are thinking about family portraits, this is a great time.

Almost got eaten by this scary tiger on the way back to the car.

Met up with Jason & Joanna at their killer house overlooking Los Angeles. After a couple quick shots we headed down the hill for some gritty city backgrounds. Ended up shooting all up and down the sunset strip in front of the historic Viper Room, Whisky a Go Go, The Roxy and the Rianbow Room. Check out some of my favorites.
